Bendy Bonanza!

I was looking for something different as a a gift to my two young relatives (8 and 5) when they came last week to visit Melbourne from Perth. I had a nostalgic memory of a "bendy horse" which gave everyone a lot of enjoyment about 60 years ago! So I set out to see if they still existed. I didn't find the same thing, but I did find Clever Classroom. Being a retired teacher, I was impressed with the initiative of the owners and their care in making sure the package I bought was sent off very quickly (there was a very short deadline to chance it in the post, but they had it going quickly). It arrived well in time and the two recipients were delighted with a little bag full of bendy things. Of immediate excited response were the big googly eyes for each (which did nothing for me!) The 5 year old was trying to work out how he could stick his on his face. No news on that just yet, except an emphatic giggling NO! when I suggested drawing pins. But when I asked if they were good at making up stories, and they both enthusiastically said yes, I put it to them that here were a lot of characters, all with stories to tell. I hope that Perth is now getting the benefit! For the record, they shared these bendables: Sporty, Wacky Monsters, Smiley faces and Wacky bendable eyeballs on legs. A sizeable expense, but they only visit every few years!
I would have like the bendy bits to be a bit more bendy, like my horse was, but clearly I live in another era now! Anyway, the whole exercise was extremely successful, so thank you, you lovely teachers, for providing the goods and taking the trouble to get them to me fast enough to make the day for two little boys. Sorry I can't add a photo of the boys, but I'll attach one of the little bags I happened to have (bought half a dozen elsewhere and they were just right). It might be to your benefit to include them in your products, as keeping track of little bendy toys once out of the cellophane is a consideration.
Needless to say, I won't be writing a review for each individual thing, which Google seems to think is a great idea. You have it in one. Best wishes to those behind Clever Classroom - I hope it doesn't overtake your lives in a real classroom, because that (in spite of all that is said about teaching) is where the real gold lies.
